Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Ricardo Kaká started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 13 minutes into the game, Omer Halisdemir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blue Mountain State's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal MGK the free kick. After 13 played minutes Blue Mountain State got a freekick which was hit by Omer Halisdemir. If Akil Yurtsever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavinho Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yalçın Olgunay having to interfere. If Omer Halisdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Akil Yurtsever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arsenal MGK's Benjamin Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Marcelo Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yalçın Olgunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Muhsin Taze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurinho Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artun Şenyurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 32 played minutes Arsenal MGK got a freekick which was hit by Flavinho Simões. If Ricardo Kaká had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Kaká sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Kaká's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Maurinho Aparecido skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ricardo Kaká recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Blue Mountain State booed when Arsenal MGK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenal MGK's Maurinho Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omer Halisdemir in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 played minutes Arsenal MGK got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Tavares. In the 45th minute Marcelo Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yalçın Olgunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Akil Yurtsever to make the kick off. Renatinho da Rocha hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Ricardo Kaká took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurinho Aparecido. Maurinho Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Marcelo Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Kaká in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Aparecido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes, Artun Şenyurt made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Arsenal MGK's Maurinho Aparecido tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maurinho Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artun Şenyurt in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Ricardo Kaká ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurinho Aparecido was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some careless play in the Arsenal MGK defense, Artun Şenyurt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurinho Aparecido. The Arsenal MGK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurinho Aparecido should have stopped the shot. Geovani Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovani Soeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Arsenal MGK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Yalçın Olgunay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akil Yurtsever. In the 95th minute Ahmet İlhan Şirvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arsenal MGK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Blue Mountain State.
