Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alessandro Del Piero started the match with the kick off. The JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Alessandro Del Piero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mário Aparecido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Nicholas Ochavarri made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Mark Faiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 10th minute of play forced Goianésia E.C's goalkeeper Zé Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Goianésia E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Osorio Ubago came free, but Zé Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Antunes came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Alessandro Del Piero. But to his dismay, Alessandro Del Piero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Diego Almeida hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Lilian Thuram took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé Antunes. Goianésia E.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Alessandro Del Piero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Antunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 42nd minute Alessandro Del Piero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osorio Ubago took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Antunes. Zé Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mário Aparecido to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Alessandro Del Piero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Antunes. Zé Antunes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Alessandro Del Piero scored 0-9 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Antunes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, one of Goianésia E.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Goianésia E.C. Perutxo Echaniz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Nicholas Ochavarri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Aparecido in the 68th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Alessandro Del Piero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goianésia E.C's Zé Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lilian Thuram in the 79th minute. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Lilian Thuram was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zé Antunes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mathias Vidal tried in the game's 79th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Zé Antunes. An annoying self made goal, 0-11. Mário Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Goianésia E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Del Piero came free, but Zé Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Alessandro Del Piero made a precise shot to the right of Zé Antunes. Goianésia E.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Del Piero in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Lilian Thuram fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's protests and gave Lilian Thuram a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Lilian Thuram hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
