In the 9th match minute, Calopsita EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Di Pasquale to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Drim Tim booed when Calopsita EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zane Wrigley didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Hitlev in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulysses Novaes saved Calopsita EC from getting behind. Stasio Piatek made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Nuno Carioca sent off a good shot on target. Calopsita EC's Ulysses Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Bikendi in the 25th minute of play. Semih Şentürk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Stasio Piatek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Celestino Bikendi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulysses Novaes was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, one of Drim Tim:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Drim Tim. Ulysses Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Bikendi in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Calopsita EC booed when Drim Tim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Bejgier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Carioca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stasio Piatek having to make a save. The Calopsita EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Drim Tim were winning 0-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Semih Şentürk during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Joseph Hitlev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Drim Tim's goal looked a bit too open when Semih Şentürk came free, but Stasio Piatek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Semih Şentürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drim Tim's Stasio Piatek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Calopsita EC's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Bikendi came free, but Ulysses Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulysses Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Bikendi in the 60th minute of play. Stasio Piatek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Carioca, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ulysses Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joseph Hitlev in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Calopsita EC's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Hitlev came free, but Ulysses Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulysses Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Bikendi in the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseph Hitlev during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Drim Tim got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Hitlev. Calopsita EC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
