The referee ignored Talento Futebol clube's protests and gave Fraco Zago a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Talento Futebol clube's Fraco Zago got a free kick in the 3rd minute. It was beautiful to see ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Marcos Palma in action when he in the 4th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Talento Futebol clube's Júnior Zago managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejandro Muñoz in the 9 minute of the game. Carlinhos Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Sergio Gutierrez made a huge save. Carlinhos Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Gutierrez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Saul Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 14th minute José Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goal looked a bit too open when Diómedes Rodriguez came free, but José Maria Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlinhos Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zhu Zhen Ran struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Sergio Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talento Futebol clube. After having played for 45 minutes, Carlinhos Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talento Futebol clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlinhos Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlinhos Velasco scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Gutierrez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diómedes Rodriguez to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Talento Futebol clube's Saul Francho got a free kick in the 52nd minute. José Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ made a substitution. Diómedes Rodriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but José Maria Souza made a huge save. Carlinhos Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sergio Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Velasco in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper José Maria Souza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diómedes Rodriguez.
