In the 16th match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Austin Urbina to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Michael Jansson took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quinito Cifuentes. Quinito Cifuentes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Quinito Cifuentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Jansson in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Jansson in the 29th minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Quinito Cifuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Michael Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Quinito Cifuentes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Jansson came free, but Quinito Cifuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allande Fuente. In the 40th minute Marcial Tarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magne Runeberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dani Mateo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinito Cifuentes having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vergaray Echeto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vergaray Echeto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rune Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vintilă Şimonca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quinito Cifuentes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vintilă Şimonca in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Firma Barnängen's Wictor Arenberg got a free kick in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goal looked a bit too open when Vergaray Echeto came free, but Rune Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Madeo Ramos took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Söder. Rune Söder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With an all-out effort, Firma Barnängen's Quinito Cifuentes threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karl-Michael Jansson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Karl-Michael Jansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Quinito Cifuentes came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Michael Jansson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 78th minute. In the 87th minute Vintilă Şimonca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinito Cifuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Firma Barnängen's Vintilă Şimonca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quinito Cifuentes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. Quinito Cifuentes was a little too slow when Karl-Michael Jansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 2-7. Firma Barnängen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
