The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaroslaw Wojno showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Catarinense F.C.'s zone, Aleksander Gdowik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Gaitan came out of the goal and Aleksander Gdowik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benicio Gaitan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Godfredo Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catarinense F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Gabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaroslaw Wojno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 minutes, Godfredo Gabon made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. The supporters of Catarinense F.C. booed when LIRA ELBLĄG SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Kaczynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Gaitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Kaczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Catarinense F.C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jacobo Benitez hit a great ball. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
