After 21 minutes, Feliks Plech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jadymy Durś and the Fenerbahçe S.K. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marin White showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Komanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Bartosz Komanski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jadymy Durś's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartosz Komanski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marin White breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Jadymy Durś defense, Jermaine Preston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Piszczor. The Jadymy Durś fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Piszczor should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Jadymy Durś booed when Fenerbahçe S.K. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilles Schumacher didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute of the match Bartosz Komanski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marin White showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Jadymy Durś players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fenerbahçe S.K. were winning 1-2.

Jadymy Durś's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rico Migneron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.
