After a rather tough play, FC Lilli's Adi Allensbach got a free kick in the 18th minute. Kurt Clement took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselm Pomp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bryan Rummens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernt Demets's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Pepe Kapp skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th minute, Helmut Degner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Pepe Kapp managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Minion Mim's Bernt Demets fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rein Raeymakers during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Rein Raeymakers. In the 34th minute Anselm Pomp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Clement saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselm Pomp might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurt Clement. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anselm Pomp ran back to his position shaking his head. Pepe Kapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Rummens in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselm Pomp made a kick off. Minion Mim's Bernt Demets got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, FC Lilli's Anselm Pomp dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Pepe Kapp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Rummens, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Helmut Degner hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Bernt Demets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthäus von der Putten in the 85th minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Kurt Clement to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Lilli's Lukas Lehmler got a free kick in the 89th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Lilli's Anselm Pomp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kurt Clement. That made the score 0-5 after 92 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henning Zindel during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes FC Lilli got a freekick which was hit by Henning Zindel.
