Eusebiu Ianculescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Hilário Aveiro made a huge save. Hilário Aveiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Colin in the 30th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Granicerul's Eusebiu Ianculescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hilário Aveiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 42nd minute Heitor Vigário shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Vuia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Eusebiu Ianculescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hilário Aveiro. Eusebiu Ianculescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

The wind increased when Óscar Bulhosa made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Granicerul got a freekick which was hit by Costin Vulpe. After 58 minutes, Normando Ferrão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.D Vitória de Sernache and the Granicerul players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, G.D Vitória de Sernache was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Ferrão to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Eusebiu Ianculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilário Aveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Graça got free with Remus Vuia in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Jack Ares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilário Aveiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Codrin Olaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Codrin Olaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilário Aveiro. G.D Vitória de Sernache's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codrin Olaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 86th minute Iordache Ioneasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilário Aveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Granicerul's Valeriu Zoreanu made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hilário Aveiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The attack was good, but when Codrin Olaru in the 91st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 94 minutes, Ivan Diegues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.D Vitória de Sernache and the Granicerul players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Granicerul booed when G.D Vitória de Sernache was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Diegues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilário Aveiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriu Zoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Granicerul walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
