In the 14thth minute of the game Edin Džeko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STORM's Ruslan Gavrilenkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Nikolay Kosunov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Ocampo in the 22nd minute of play forced STORM's goalkeeper Ruslan Gavrilenkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruslan Gavrilenkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 24th minute of the match. GeRaÇãO-83 were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after STORM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per-Oskar Ekgren took the corner. Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Veniamin Vorobiev hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, STORM's goal looked a bit too open when Edin Džeko came free, but Ruslan Gavrilenkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski got control of the ball when Vitaliy Koirovich tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitaliy Koirovich got free with Grzegorz Siekierski in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute Brian Ocampo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Gavrilenkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruslan Gavrilenkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Ocampo in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, STORM's goal looked a bit too open when Medero Gadea came free, but Ruslan Gavrilenkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irakliy Drashkovskiy in the 42nd minute of play. Irakliy Drashkovskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Grzegorz Siekierski made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

STORM's Matvey Mikhailov was substituted for Irakliy Drashkovskiy. After 54 minutes, Vitaliy Koirovich made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. STORM made a substitution. Valentin Vorobiev replaced Aleksandr Schukin. Grzegorz Siekierski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolay Kosunov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Medero Gadea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruslan Gavrilenkov. Medero Gadea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. GeRaÇãO-83 made a substitution. Dinei Lendaa replaced Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr. STORM's Ruslan Gavrilenkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 74th minute of play. If Medero Gadea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruslan Gavrilenkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medero Gadea in the 78th minute of play. Edin Džeko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Ruslan Gavrilenkov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Medero Gadea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ruslan Gavrilenkov. That made the score 1-3 in the 83 minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko in the 88th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ruslan Gavrilenkov was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for STORM through an amazing save. A collision led to STORM getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leonid Alferov hit a great ball. Ruslan Gavrilenkov was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Per-Oskar Ekgren.
