Ramūnas Budraitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricard Ledoseray having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Algirdas Brazauskas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 18th minute Pelle Munkeboe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rytis Paškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, one of Victory F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Victory F.C.. The goalkeeper, Ricard Ledoseray, was totally fooled by FC COSA NOSTRA's Aloyzas Jučas, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Algirdas Brazauskas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Audrius Jurgaitis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricard Ledoseray having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 34th minute of play forced Victory F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricard Ledoseray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Algirdas Brazauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricard Ledoseray was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Algirdas Brazauskas to strike the kick off in the second half. Ricard Ledoseray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramūnas Budraitis in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to FC COSA NOSTRA getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Algirdas Brazauskas hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, FC COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramūnas Budraitis to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Algirdas Brazauskas put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ricard Ledoseray. Audrius Jurgaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricard Ledoseray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Algirdas Brazauskas's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Rytis Paškevičius came out of the goal and Balder Weinkouff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FC COSA NOSTRA booed when Victory F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haakon Bindsted didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricard Ledoseray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algirdas Brazauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Liutauras Urmonas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
