The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Vellito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Evaristo de Andrade. That made the score 1-1 in the 7 minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Eztebe to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Hoffmann in the 13th minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Sauveur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Norberto Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pendotiba and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pendotiba's Norberto Marques got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Sauveur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 27 minutes Errecaborda AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricardinho Trigo who took care of the corner kick. During the 27th minute of the match Norberto Marques completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Norberto Marques a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Pendotiba's Norberto Marques got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes in the game Guillermo Tabb did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Arturo Maraman. Pendotiba's Evaristo de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Ursino in the 36th minute of play. Gustavo Sauveur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Evaristo de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Eztebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Guillermo Tabb made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pendotiba's Yang Chuan. Pendotiba's Evaristo de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Vellito in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Hoffmann got free with Gustavo Sauveur in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Hoffmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Gustavo Sauveur however easily saved by the left post. In the 70thth minute of the game Cristian Hoffmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda AFC's Gustavo Sauveur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustavo Sauveur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 75th minute of the match. Errecaborda AFC's Gustavo Sauveur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Sauveur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Hoffmann. If Nestor Vellito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Pendotiba defense, Ernesto Venceslao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo de Andrade. The Pendotiba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo de Andrade should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Eztebe in the 86th minute of play forced Pendotiba's goalkeeper Evaristo de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pendotiba's attentive Allan Arruda managed to snatch the ball when Guillermo Tabb made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. 93 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Sauveur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Hoffmann. Jonatan Ursino scored 3-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo de Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Errecaborda AFC fully deserved thier win.
