In the 6th minute, Vaggelis Ruvelas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th match minute, OMONOIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Giannakakos to maneuver through the defense. Elias Maurin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Stergios Kakavetsis charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stergios Kakavetsis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Stergios Kakavetsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Vaggelis Ruvelas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OMONOIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Stergios Kakavetsis came free, but Gustavo Sauveur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the OMONOIA defense, Nestor Vellito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Polybos Malavazos. The OMONOIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Polybos Malavazos should have stopped the shot. Stergios Kakavetsis kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Maurin to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Deukalion Sotiris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Vaggelis Ruvelas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gustavo Sauveur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. OMONOIA's Vaggelis Ruvelas got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Glaukos Lipsanos hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's Nestor Vellito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Polybos Malavazos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernesto Venceslao's late challenge caught a OMONOIA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Venceslao helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Ernesto Venceslao got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Ursino made a kick off. Glaukos Lipsanos charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glaukos Lipsanos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, OMONOIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glaukos Lipsanos to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Jonatan Ursino from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Polybos Malavazos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vaggelis Ruvelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gustavo Sauveur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Jonatan Ursino took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Polybos Malavazos to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vaggelis Ruvelas in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Sauveur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aigis Antonopoulos hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Deukalion Sotiris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Jonatan Ursino got a free kick in the 66th minute. Errecaborda AFC's Gustavo Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deukalion Sotiris in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute Arturo Maraman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 69 minutes, Nikos Petrakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OMONOIA and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Teo Lico hit a great ball. Konstantinos Triantis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustavo Sauveur. Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gustavo Sauveur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deukalion Sotiris, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Errecaborda AFC's Gustavo Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Ruvelas in the 77th minute of play. Marcelo Eztebe kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Vaggelis Ruvelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Sauveur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Ursino in the 91st minute of play forced OMONOIA's goalkeeper Polybos Malavazos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Teo Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Errecaborda AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
