The supporters of FC TraLaLa booed when FC Steaua Pildesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Bidulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nichifor Vergulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sorin Comarnescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Vasile Leucuța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Bogdănescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, FC TraLaLa's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Vergulescu came free, but Sorin Comarnescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC TraLaLa's zone, Augustin Nechifor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sorin Comarnescu came out of the goal and Augustin Nechifor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Pantea to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Augustin Nechifor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sorin Comarnescu. FC TraLaLa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustin Nechifor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 45 minutes into the game, Corneliu Bungescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC TraLaLa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Steaua Pildesti the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Corneliu Bungescu got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Augustin Nechifor notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC TraLaLa's Sorin Comarnescu. Sorin Comarnescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nichifor Vergulescu to make the kick off. A collision led to FC Steaua Pildesti getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Costin Iorgu hit a great ball. Nichifor Vergulescu spun around in front of the goal 91 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC TraLaLa's goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Codrin Chihaia during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adam Buș's late challenge caught a FC TraLaLa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
