NDG Fury FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antoine Lange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robustiano Cordera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, Joachim Haney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NDG Fury FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Islas Malvinas Argentinas the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Islas Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Telmo to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the game, Antoine Lange cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mario Urti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Islas Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Lange came free, but Mario Urti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Islas Malvinas Argentinas got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Cordera. The Islas Malvinas Argentinas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NDG Fury FC were winning 0-4.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Urti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Avery's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Urti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Islas Malvinas Argentinas booed when NDG Fury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Donahue didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Islas Malvinas Argentinas defense, Fabian Avery kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mario Urti. The Islas Malvinas Argentinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Urti should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute, Sandy Jean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Urti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoine Lange, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. NDG Fury FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
