Braulio Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Quintero in the 11th minute of play. Braulio Sesuldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Quintero went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. BELGRANO's Braulio Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eneko Oyaga in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, C. A. BELGRANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Lluis to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Mario Balsera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Braulio Sesuldo skillfully saved the ball. Astor Nabar took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Ospina. David Ospina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 36 minutes, Silban Bonifaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Bucaramanga and the C. A. BELGRANO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atlético Bucaramanga's Silban Bonifaz got a free kick in the 36th minute. Braulio Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silban Bonifaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The supporters of Atlético Bucaramanga booed when C. A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Atlético Bucaramanga's Sergio Quintero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Braulio Sesuldo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The C. A. BELGRANO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Bucaramanga were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemesio Isaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Quintero struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Braulio Sesuldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Bucaramanga. After 55th play minutes Elixio Garros shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Braulio Sesuldo and just under the crossbar into goal. When Eneko Oyaga fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Bucaramanga's protests and gave Eneko Oyaga a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Atlético Bucaramanga's Eneko Oyaga got a free kick in the 58th minute. C. A. BELGRANO's Braulio Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Quintero in the 62nd minute of play. When Sergio Quintero in the 64th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Braulio Sesuldo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Braulio Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silban Bonifaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nemesio Isaio hit a great ball. The long shot by Silban Bonifaz in the 94th minute really tested Braulio Sesuldo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Lucas Rudolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
