When Fox Hunting Squad's Kasper De Cat in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uí Fergusa's goalie prevented a goal. Jorg Vrijdagss short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Bivadi McJohnny to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uí Fergusa's goalkeeper Bivadi McJohnny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Fox Hunting Squad booed when Uí Fergusa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dugan Doherty didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Uí Fergusa's goal looked a bit too open when Jorg Vrijdags came free, but Bivadi McJohnny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kasper De Cat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kasper De Cat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bivadi McJohnny having to interfere. Fox Hunting Squad's Kasper De Cat got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Fox Hunting Squad's Bivadi McJohnny threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kasper De Cat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kasper De Cat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bivadi McJohnny having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ferdia McPhil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uí Fergusa's Bivadi McJohnny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron De Wit in the 44th minute of play. Pembroke McPaul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bradaigh Silke was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Jorg Vrijdags who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uí Fergusa's Bivadi McJohnny was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Kasper De Cat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bivadi McJohnny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorg Vrijdags in the 61st minute of play. Bivadi McJohnny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorg Vrijdags in the 62nd minute of the match. Aaron De Wit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorg Vrijdags in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bivadi McJohnny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Mathis Verduin got a free kick in the 77th minute. Kasper De Cat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorg Vrijdags received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bivadi McJohnny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uí Fergusa succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Fox Hunting Squad had controlled the match.
