With a little luck, Criciúma Esporte Clube's Tiburcio Haces got control of the ball when Larry Estoyanoff tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Maxi Araujo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiburcio Haces. Maxi Araujo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 17th match minute, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Larry Estoyanoff to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Maxi Araujo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Criciúma Esporte Clube's Tiburcio Haces. Tiburcio Haces was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Criciúma Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Maxi Araujo came free, but Tiburcio Haces reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Larry Estoyanoff got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Criciúma Esporte Clube's zone, Danel Belluga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Haces came out of the goal and Danel Belluga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maxi Araujo took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Haces. Tiburcio Haces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Maxi Araujo in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Criciúma Esporte Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Maxi Araujo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Criciúma Esporte Clube's Tiburcio Haces. Tiburcio Haces was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Criciúma Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Tiburcio Haces, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Real de Carmelo 2021 FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Heinze. The supporters of Criciúma Esporte Clube booed when Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry Estoyanoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Federico Elduayen got control of the ball when Yeferson Soteldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxi Araujo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxi Araujo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Haces read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. The corner ended in Benth Vedelsgaard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Criciúma Esporte Clube's Tiburcio Haces did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Estoyanoff in the 76th minute of play forced Criciúma Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Tiburcio Haces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Maxi Araujo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Tiburcio Haces was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Zacarias Guiles was substituted for Marcelo Tejera. If Teodosio Baul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Miguel Jaimes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Real de Carmelo 2021 FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
