In the 23rd minute Szymon Bugajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Cempa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Mszczyczyn defense, Szymon Bugajski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ksawery Cempa. The Mszczyczyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ksawery Cempa should have stopped the shot. Mszczyczyn's Ksawery Cempa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Bugajski in the 29th minute of play. Ksawery Cempa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Pawlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Zachariasz Drzewucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mszczyczyn booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Naujasodis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Mszczyczyn's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Gonsiewski came free, but Ksawery Cempa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arkadiusz Barniszke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Barcelona's Korneliusz Pawlak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ksawery Cempa. That made the score 0-8 after 82 minutes of play. In the 84th match minute, Mszczyczyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Molski to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Klement Gonsiewski notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Mszczyczyn's Ksawery Cempa. Ksawery Cempa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Barcelona's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
