A collision led to GEOMATİC FK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Birol Kalender hit a great ball. Raimundo Santikurtz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Burak Gülerce. GEOMATİC FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres Suero kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Campos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatih Tekke in the 41st minute of play forced • REGINA •'s goalkeeper Jorge Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cengiz Kakisim in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Campos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fatih Tekke succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Panfilo to make the kick off. Kemalettin Akgündüz charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kemalettin Akgündüz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see • REGINA • lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
