The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind • REGINA •'s goalkeeper Jorge Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Severino Cucao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Frontera AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Meng Chuan Yong came free, but Chiquinho Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquinho Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Panfilo in the 9th minute of the match. Al Bundy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Cucao kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Jorge Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Janson in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, • REGINA •'s goal looked a bit too open when Severino Cucao came free, but Jorge Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. • REGINA •'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiburcio Panfilo in the 28th minute. It was a well-played corner which Meng Chuan Yong managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 34 minutes into the game, Lucas Janson lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jorge Campos. In the 41st minute Meng Chuan Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Panfilo's late challenge caught a Frontera AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Panfilo helped the player get up and apologised. 45 minutes into the match, • REGINA •'s Meng Chuan Yong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquinho Romero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Janson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chiquinho Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Santikurtz in the 52nd minute. Frontera AFC's Chiquinho Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Panfilo in the 54th minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, Frontera AFC's Severino Cucao made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Campos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frontera AFC made a substitution. Cristian Lema replaced Cristian Medina. The supporters of • REGINA • booed when Frontera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Lucas Janson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but • REGINA •'s Jorge Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Frontera AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Silvestre Solustiano hit a great ball. • REGINA •'s Anacleto Birila was substituted for Salvador Calvino. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Cucao in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Campos saved • REGINA • from getting behind. In the 73rd match minute, • REGINA • was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Panfilo to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, Frontera AFC's Lucas Janson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Campos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Rafael Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored • REGINA •'s protests and gave Rafael Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to • REGINA • getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rafael Marquez hit a great ball. Al Bundy hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, • REGINA •'s Al Bundy got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Frontera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Merentiel. In the 83rd minute, Julian Quiñones got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jesus Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
