København's Aşır Ekici made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giuseppe Verdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The F.C. København fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when F.C. København's Fabian Polkoski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 14 minutes into the match, Fabian Polkoski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giuseppe Verdi. Azzurri FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Polkoski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Christoper Kearney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierre Nordenkrone having to make a save. Hansmorten Hjaltason recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoper Kearney got free with Pierre Nordenkrone in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Azzurri FC's zone, Fabian Polkoski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giuseppe Verdi came out of the goal and Fabian Polkoski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Christoper Kearney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Nordenkrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. København's Pierre Nordenkrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. København from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute, Fabian Polkoski made a precise shot to the right of Giuseppe Verdi. Azzurri FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. F.C. København's Aşır Ekici got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Fabian Polkoski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Verdi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The supporters of Azzurri FC booed when F.C. København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aşır Ekici didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Christoper Kearney hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Christoper Kearney scored 1-7 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierre Nordenkrone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pierre Nordenkrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hiram Compton, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Azzurri FC's Giuseppe Verdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Polkoski in the 70th minute of play. Fabian Polkoski in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Giuseppe Verdi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Azzurri FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Cornelius Hillman hit a great ball. Pierre Nordenkrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Casgrain in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Christoper Kearney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. København's Pierre Nordenkrone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giuseppe Verdi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aşır Ekici went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Fabian Polkoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Verdi having to interfere. Pierre Nordenkrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoper Kearney, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Nicholas Hulvej hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Hiram Compton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Nordenkrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Verdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Polkoski in the 97th minute of play. F.C. København's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
