Diamantino Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando da Cunha in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas Paraense in the 31st minute of play. After 32 played minutes TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Novaes. Yan Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Alexsandro Barreto put in a rough tackle. Breno Barreto placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 41 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Egídio Dracena. Breno Barreto got in the 42nd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Diamantino Senna. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-1. In the 46th minute, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Gilmar Passos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gilmar Passos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gilmar Passos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gilmar Passos hit a great ball. Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Carlos Alberto de Sousa made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 88th minute, Dida da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diamantino Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betinho de Azevedo in the 92nd minute of the match. Carlos Alberto de Sousa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yan Monteiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Alberto de Sousa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 95th minute.
