Hazar Hayırlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Karlo in the 26th minute of play. Elpidio Corderro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Güralp Cansefa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Cordaro struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Hazar Hayırlı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GrondofiSu FC. 34 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Francho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Hazar Hayırlı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in GrondofiSu FC's zone, Namık Akkaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Corderro came out of the goal and Namık Akkaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Horacio Karlo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Martin Garci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafet Özakıncı charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horacio Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hazar Hayırlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, GrondofiSu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Güralp Cansefa came free, but Elpidio Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Murat Selim Yazganalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute Ali Güralp Cansefa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
