After 15 minutes, Niki Muller mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BRONCOS and the TOKATSPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, BRONCOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niki Muller to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Berndt Schmedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Korkut İdilkurt was the one to do the kick off. After 59 minutes, Terkild Øckenholt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BRONCOS and the TOKATSPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Korkut İdilkurt's late challenge caught a BRONCOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The BRONCOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudolf Gaarsmand should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Anton Eckhausen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kürşat Ozansu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, TOKATSPOR's goalkeeper Kürşat Ozansu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sivart Core. Conrad Barnekow's late challenge caught a TOKATSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrad Barnekow helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of TOKATSPOR booed when BRONCOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. The TOKATSPOR fans cheered their team off the field, for while BRONCOS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
