In the 21st minute Cesinha Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gu Yang Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gu Yang Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison Robben in the 25th minute of play. Cesinha Brasil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deilmison Robben took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gu Yang Sheng. SPALLETTE RETURNS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Deilmison Robben's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gu Yang Sheng was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Ferdinando Milani got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Deilmison Robben hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Gargano came free, but Claudinei Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Gu Yang Sheng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SPALLETTE RETURNS from getting a goal against them. Claudinei Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinando Milani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Claudio Marchisio got a free kick in the 74th minute. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Emiliano Meo was substituted for Chicão Bastos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Marchisio in the 90th minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Claudinei Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Tim Cahill ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Leite was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. GLADIADORES succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though SPALLETTE RETURNS had controlled the match.
