David Llope was slow to take the kick. During this time Cachiyuyo EAS's players had a chance to rest. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Montrell in the 11th minute of play. Maximino Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cristian Gau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnino Porfirio during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute Sixto Jurgi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Montrell in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Maximino Mateo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Copérnico F.C.'s Cristian Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Llope in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Copérnico F.C. made a substitution. Ariel Ostots replaced Alberto Galo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Montrell was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Iraido. Arnulfo Nataniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Montrell in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Copérnico F.C. got a corner. Cachiyuyo EAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulino Ledesma ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leandro Mannie made a great header on Copérnico F.C.'s corner, it was just that Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel managed to reach the ball for a save. 59 minutes into the match, David Llope notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Copérnico F.C.'s Cristian Gau. After 85 minutes of play, Copérnico F.C.'s Alberto Tello made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Nataniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulino Ledesma charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulino Ledesma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Ledesma. After 90 played minutes, Cachiyuyo EAS's David Llope shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristian Gau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachiyuyo EAS reached it. 94 minutes into the match, Narciso Corderro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Nataniel. Cachiyuyo EAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Corderro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
