When Isaac Cassou came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Cats and dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Cassou couldn't finish the play. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Åsbro Flåsegutter! In the 14th minute Christophe Montaigne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Algren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Cassou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Kader Miguet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tim Algren. Åsbro Flåsegutter's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kader Miguet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christophe Montaigne in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Algren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Christophe Montaigne came free, but Tim Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Cassou scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Algren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Cats and dogs's Isaac Cassou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Algren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Cats and dogs's Gaétan Toullec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Cats and dogs from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Thor Sjödin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Thor Sjödin charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thor Sjödin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Thor Sjödin got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Cassou came free, but Tim Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Morgan Lundkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christophe Montaigne 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Gaétan Toullec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Söderberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Christophe Montaigne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Cats and dogs booed when Åsbro Flåsegutter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Christophe Montaigne dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tim Algren, 2-7. Aron Lind blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaétan Toullec having to make a save. The supporters of Åsbro Flåsegutter booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sébastien Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaétan Toullec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Harlén, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Åsbro Flåsegutter getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Agne Carlsson hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Christophe Montaigne took a quick shot and it went in 2-8 without a chance for Tim Algren to make any attempt to save it. In the 80th minute Morgan Lundkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaétan Toullec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sébastien Romero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tim Algren having to make a save. Isaac Cassou's late challenge caught a Åsbro Flåsegutter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaac Cassou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Isaac Cassou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cats and dogs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
