But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agne Carlsson couldn't finish the play. In the 24th match minute, Åsbro Flåsegutter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Viktor Pitoňák left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The V.K.DRINK Hermanovce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Tim Algren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viktor Pitoňák. With his leg Tim Algren managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Viktor Pitoňák fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Podlubný got free with Tim Algren in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Agne Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Sjödin came free, but Róbert Migaš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thor Sjödin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tim Algren was a little too slow when Viktor Pitoňák got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Morgan Lundkvist made a kick off. After 57 minutes, Marcus Åkerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åsbro Flåsegutter and the V.K.DRINK Hermanovce players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Åsbro Flåsegutter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Chvalný was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Åsbro Flåsegutter's supporters rose to their feet, but Morgan Lundkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Róbert Migaš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Róbert Migaš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agne Carlsson in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Åsbro Flåsegutter booed when V.K.DRINK Hermanovce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. D.J. Bobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th match minute, Åsbro Flåsegutter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Lundkvist to maneuver through the defense. After 67 minutes, Viktor Pitoňák made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Tim Algren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 71 played minutes Åsbro Flåsegutter got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Kilman. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Daniel Chvalný managed to get in a good position for a shot. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Chvalný was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Algren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viktor Pitoňák blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tim Algren having to make a save. In the 75th minute of the match Daniel Chvalný sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tim Algren skillfully saved the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper Róbert Migaš, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Róbert Migaš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morgan Lundkvist in the 91st minute of the match. Matúš Sedlák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Morgan Lundkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åsbro Flåsegutter's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
