Rodrigo Poncio charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Poncio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Poncio hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Olof Abrahamsson came free, but Honorato Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Knight Of Dawn's Honorato Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Olof Abrahamsson in the 22nd minute of play. Honorato Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Engman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Bernabe Tulio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niclas Henriksson. FC Wingspan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernabe Tulio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Honorato Benino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Nilsson in the 45th minute of play. With a little luck, Knight Of Dawn's Honorato Benino got control of the ball when Jocke Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Morat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Honorato Benino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

FC Wingspan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
