In the 22nd minute of the match Dudu Rossi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Hellström skillfully saved the ball. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for OTTO FC - FSCMZ! OTTO FC - FSCMZ:s Cacá Breckenfeld showed great skill when he stopped Orvar Johansson:s penalty. Cacá Breckenfeld was a little too slow when Karl-Ove Linberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Carl Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham A.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Carl Ström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cacá Breckenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Allan Pernambucano came free, but Jonathan Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dedê Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco de Lima in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco de Lima in the 44th minute of play forced Wrexham A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Jonathan Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard, long distance shot from Horácio Tande flew over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivar Aleberg made a kick off. Orvar Johansson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 55 played minutes OTTO FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Travassos. After 56 minutes, Agostinho Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OTTO FC - FSCMZ and the Wrexham A.F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Agostinho Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Cacá Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orvar Johansson in the 57th minute of the match. Birger Malm hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Dudu Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudu Rossi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orvar Johansson's late challenge caught a OTTO FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orvar Johansson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Orvar Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to OTTO FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dedê Travassos hit a great ball. When Dedê Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the OTTO FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dedê Travassos couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Caco de Lima came free, but Jonathan Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Ivar Aleberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wrexham A.F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. At first the shot seemed to be simple for OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Cacá Breckenfeld to catch but Orvar Johansson was lucky. It became 5-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal.
