In the 4th minute Zacarias Monsanto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Rocha came free, but Bebeto Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho de Almeida came free, but Serafim Salvado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Cristiano Pegado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dedê Cerezo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafim Salvado came out and tried to block the shot, but Dedê Cerezo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 20th minute. If Zacarias Monsanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvano Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Eduardo Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Dênis Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Freiburg 09's Serafim Salvado got control of the ball when Pedrão Paraense tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 09's Tarcísio Bulhosa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The supporters of SC Freiburg 09 booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zacarias Monsanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dedê Cerezo made the kick off in the second half. Gervásio Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Serafim Salvado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Cerezo in the 54th minute of the match. Dieguinho de Almeida hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Elias Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Zacarias Monsanto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bebeto Campidelis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 65 played minutes Divina Comédia FC got a freekick which was hit by Osmar Freitas. In the 72nd minute Silvano Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bebeto Campidelis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silvano Mesquita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 74 minute of play. Cristiano Pegado kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Divina Comédia FC's Dorian Valladares tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Dênis Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Divina Comédia FC's zone, Zacarias Monsanto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bebeto Campidelis came out of the goal and Zacarias Monsanto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
