With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Terciero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Christian Ramone took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Clemente Nikola to make any attempt to save it. Christian Ramone who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Clemente Nikola when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Clemente Nikola made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Domingos Salomone sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute Maximiliano Chumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Punk Fiction's Clemente Nikola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Henrico in the 33rd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Chumo made a kick off. Maximiliano Chumo's late challenge caught a Maní FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Chumo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Maximiliano Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Maximiliano Chumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Chumo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Terciero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Domingos Uzuri took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Terciero. Higinio Terciero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Domingos Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Nikola having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Ambrosio Peruanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Domingos Uzuri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Terciero. Domingos Uzuri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The Maní FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Punk Fiction to win.
