After a defensive mix-up in Barrio Norte FC's zone, Soma Pálinkás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernán Albonico came out of the goal and Soma Pálinkás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Máté Szalai in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barrio Norte FC's Telo Metou. Fernán Albonico made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Sándor Csorba sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by György Veress during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Berni FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. György Veress hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Soma Pálinkás sped through Barrio Norte FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernán Albonico. The throw-in from Máté Szalai in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Barrio Norte FC's Telo Metou. 14 minutes in the game Máté Szalai did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gábor György. Yerko Papič took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfréd Kállay. Alfréd Kállay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Barrio Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Soma Pálinkás came free, but Fernán Albonico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfréd Kállay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Elias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Don Elias sped through Berni FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfréd Kállay. After a defensive mix-up in Berni FC's zone, Alfonso Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfréd Kállay came out of the goal and Alfonso Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes in the game Máté Szalai did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Richárd Zakariás. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Yerko Papič managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrio Norte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yerko Papič was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfréd Kállay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Barrio Norte FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Rúben Sacadura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrio Norte FC's Yerko Papič got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Yerko Papič took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Alfréd Kállay to make any attempt to save it. Berni FC's Alfréd Kállay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yerko Papič in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Gábor György made a precise shot to the right of Fernán Albonico. Barrio Norte FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. 81 minutes into the game, Berni FC's Gábor György nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernán Albonico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Berni FC's Alfréd Kállay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Berni FC from getting a goal against them. Richárd Zakariás kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. A hard shot 96 in the game by Honesto Palou from a close distance when the talented Alfréd Kállay managed to make a qualified save. Berni FC's players were relieved. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barrio Norte FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
