Themos Batiropoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Danilo Teles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Marios Dermitzoglou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GREEK ARMY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bon Culot managed to get in a good position for a shot. GREEK ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Bon Culot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Teles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to GREEK ARMY getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Eutichios Keskembes hit a great ball. If Marios Dermitzoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Jacinto struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Themos Batiropoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Bacanas FC. In the 34th minute, Aggelos Fytanidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Célio Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Themos Batiropoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Teles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marios Dermitzoglou went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Los Bacanas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marios Dermitzoglou came free, but Danilo Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Marios Dermitzoglou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Danilo Teles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eurico Jacinto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes in the game, Marios Dermitzoglou fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Danilo Teles having to interfere. Danilo Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marios Dermitzoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. If Célio Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Danilo Teles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kasper Elssen might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kasper Elssen ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Jacinto in the 72nd minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Themos Batiropoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84thth minute of the game Marios Dermitzoglou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Bacanas FC's Danilo Teles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kasper Elssen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Danilo Teles. That made the score 1-4 in the 87 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marios Dermitzoglou in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Teles saved Los Bacanas FC from getting behind. The Los Bacanas FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GREEK ARMY were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
