The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Erramun got free with Jonny Almqvist in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonny Almqvist made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Federico Erramun sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Erramun got free with Jonny Almqvist in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonny Almqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Segundo Bortzaioriz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonny Almqvist. Segundo Bortzaioriz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. With his leg Jonny Almqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Gastres FC's Federico Erramun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th match minute, Hudiksvalls United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Berglund to maneuver through the defense. The nice shot from Federico Erramun in the 42ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Jonny Almqvist had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gastres FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Everardo Pello in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Erramun in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonny Almqvist saved Hudiksvalls United from getting behind.

The wind increased when Federico Erramun made the kick off in the second half. Jonny Almqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hudiksvalls United defense, Federico Erramun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonny Almqvist. The Hudiksvalls United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonny Almqvist should have stopped the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Erramun couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Federico Erramun put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonny Almqvist. Ingvar Hökkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Txilar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Federico Erramun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Jonny Almqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gastres FC fully deserved thier win.
