Cássio do Vale started the match with the kick off. Tales Siqueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damiano Mian went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by SeleSantos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amedeo Signoretti was slow to take the kick. During this time Gonzo Style f.c's players had a chance to rest. Alberto Firmani made a great header on Gonzo Style f.c's corner, it was just that SeleSantos FC's Tales Siqueira managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Gonzo Style f.c booed when SeleSantos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Flavio De Matteis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SeleSantos FC's José Fernandez got a free kick in the 13th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Gonzo Style f.c's Flavio De Matteis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tales Siqueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SeleSantos FC's Tales Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Firmani in the 21st minute of play. Cássio do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Pelliccioni having to interfere. Tales Siqueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlo Imperatore went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio De Matteis in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tales Siqueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tales Siqueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio De Matteis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrão Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Damiano Mian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Alberto Firmani notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of SeleSantos FC's Tales Siqueira. Tales Siqueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Firmani was the one to do the kick off. Gonzo Style f.c's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amedeo Signoretti in the 52nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Amedeo Signoretti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tales Siqueira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 57 played minutes SeleSantos FC got a freekick which was hit by José Fernandez. Christian Pelliccioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Flavio De Matteis made a precise shot to the right of Tales Siqueira. SeleSantos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After 69 played minutes SeleSantos FC got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Loureiro. After having played for 73 minutes, Alberto Firmani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gonzo Style f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Firmani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Norberto Trevisan hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes SeleSantos FC got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Loureiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Firmani in the 77th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Tales Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo de Moraes in the 81st minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Christian Pelliccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Firmani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Tales Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th play minute Carlo Imperatore came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tales Siqueira. 1-7. Gonzo Style f.c's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
