Wolves FC - DMZ were furious when Wanderson Lopez was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 23 minutes into the game, one of Wolves FC - DMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Remedios SC. Horácio Maciel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zé Veloso. 2-0. Conrado Vinhas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Jean dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni de Amaral in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Remedios SC's Danilo Pinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Danilo Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chivu Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Remedios SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy Valle came free, but Jean dos Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni de Amaral in the 40th minute of play forced Remedios SC's goalkeeper Jean dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 41 minutes on the clock, Belchior Mamala commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 41st minute, one of Remedios SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Remedios SC. Jean dos Santos went to the wrong direction when Geovanni de Amaral was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Zé Veloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Danilo Pinho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geovanni de Amaral made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match, Geovanni de Amaral tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jean dos Santos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 56 minutes into the match, Remedios SC's goalkeeper Jean dos Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruy Valle. Zé Augusto Sena's late challenge caught a Wolves FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Augusto Sena helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto Sena. In the 67th minute, Chivu Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Remedios SC's Christian Hester got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the Remedios SC defense, Geovanni de Amaral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean dos Santos. The Remedios SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean dos Santos should have stopped the shot. Almir Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jean dos Santos made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Danilo Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Remedios SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Danilo Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Zé Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Pinho in the 95th minute of play. Remedios SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
