Maciek Hana started the match with the kick off. Piotr Gecionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match C.D. Pepino’s got a corner. Śląsk Bytom's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Ojeda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of C.D. Pepino’s booed when Śląsk Bytom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukasz Resel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match Rafael Ojeda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Piotr Gecionis skillfully saved the ball. Aurelio Raffo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Piotr Gecionis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. Pepino’s. 25 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Hernánde Arrué came free, but Piotr Gecionis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Rafael Ojeda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis did a great save. If Miguel Hernánde Arrué had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Cezary Pryla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Hernánde Arrué sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piotr Gecionis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Hernánde Arrué's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute Miguel Hernánde Arrué shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Gecionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Śląsk Bytom got a freekick which was hit by Roch Betonowy. Piotr Gecionis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Hernánde Arrué, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Hernánde Arrué was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciek Hana in the 52nd minute of play forced C.D. Pepino’s's goalkeeper Ferrán Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Jerzyk kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Miguel Hernánde Arrué sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Piotr Gecionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 61st minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Piotr Gecionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes Śląsk Bytom's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafael Ojeda who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 65 minutes, Miguel Hernánde Arrué managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Pepino’s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Hernánde Arrué was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.D. Pepino’s made a substitution. Isidoro Blanchetau replaced Teofilo Aliste. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Piotr Gecionis saved Śląsk Bytom from getting behind. After a rather tough play, C.D. Pepino’s's Maximino Cortazar got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Napoleon Wietrzychowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Śląsk Bytom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Wietrzychowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zdzislaw Jerzyk kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. C.D. Pepino’s's Celino Escobillana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zdzislaw Jerzyk in the 81 minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Piotr Gecionis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Hernánde Arrué. Isidoro Blanchetau kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
