Erik Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Reyes having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Caleb Roberts came free, but Wilian Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, LauerArmy's Erik Freitas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulysses Reyes. Ulysses Reyes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 17th minute, Erik Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caleb Roberts might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilian Guimarães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caleb Roberts ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to San Antonio HotSPURS getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Wade Hearn hit a great ball. Caleb Roberts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Guimarães having to interfere. Ulysses Reyes made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Angelo Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Teixeira got free with Ulysses Reyes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simon Stover's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilian Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LauerArmy's zone, Simon Stover stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilian Guimarães came out of the goal and Simon Stover tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Caleb Roberts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caleb Roberts in the 67th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Wilian Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, LauerArmy's Wilian Guimarães got control of the ball when Simon Stover tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilian Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caleb Roberts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caleb Roberts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Guimarães having to interfere. LauerArmy's Wilian Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wade Hearn in the 75th minute of play. Wilian Guimarães was a little too slow when Kerry Yoshioka got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-2. San Antonio HotSPURS made a substitution. Rodrigo Rouse replaced Rolf McNamara. LauerArmy's Wilian Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save LauerArmy from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by LauerArmy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Charles Hamby was slow to take the kick. During this time San Antonio HotSPURS's players had a chance to rest. 89 minutes into the match, San Antonio HotSPURS's goal looked a bit too open when James Rodriguez came free, but Ulysses Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LauerArmy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulo Renato Valladares in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, San Antonio HotSPURS's Kerry Yoshioka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3.
