Victor Paulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When Valer Buta fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s protests and gave Valer Buta a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Firefighter BT ★Dac★ getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Valer Buta hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Firefighter BT ★Dac★ defense, Eugen Butuc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Frântu. The Firefighter BT ★Dac★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Frântu should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Costin Șipoș in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Frântu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 25 minutes, Victor Paulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Paulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Valer Buta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Narcis Cozorici. That made the score 1-3 in the 27 minute of play. Costin Șipoș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Frântu having to interfere. In the 38th minute Eugen Butuc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Frântu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Frântu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Șipoș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Frântu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Butuc in the 48th minute of play. After the first half White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Costin Șipoș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but George Frântu made a huge save. Eugen Butuc kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Eugen Butuc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Frântu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Costin Șipoș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Frântu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. George Frântu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Șipoș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Frântu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Costin Șipoș went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. During the 71st minute of the match Valer Buta completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Valer Buta a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 72 played minutes Firefighter BT ★Dac★ got a freekick which was hit by Valer Buta. Costin Șipoșs short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got George Frântu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Eugen Butuc in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s goalie prevented a goal. George Frântu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Costin Șipoș. But to his dismay, Costin Șipoș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. In the 85thth minute of the game Eugen Butuc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s George Frântu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Costin Șipoș who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of George Frântu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. George Frântu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Butuc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Eugen Butuc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Firefighter BT ★Dac★ the free kick. After 93 played minutes White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Butuc. 96 minutes into the match, Eugen Butuc dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of George Frântu, 1-8. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
