Harri Kaalep's late challenge caught a Halcones Azules's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harri Kaalep helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Drunken Sea Monkeys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harri Kaalep to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Oriche took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joonas Järve. Drunken Sea Monkeys's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Halcones Azules booed when Drunken Sea Monkeys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Naer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fausto Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Joonas Järve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harri Kaalep hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Joonas Järve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Oriche in the 26th minute of play. Gert Naer hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Fausto Salvino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joonas Järve was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gerardo Oriche charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerardo Oriche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 played minutes Halcones Azules got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Oriche. Ken Tänav took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Oskar Odén. Halcones Azules's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Viljar Niidumaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Karl-Oskar Odén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46thth minute of the game Fausto Salvino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drunken Sea Monkeys's Joonas Järve was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Halcones Azules were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Fausto Salvino made the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Donato Baleren in the 53rd minute really tested Joonas Järve's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 58th minute, Halcones Azules's Gerardo Oriche dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 65 minutes into the match, Fausto Salvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joonas Järve. Drunken Sea Monkeys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Salvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Fausto Salvino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joonas Järve. That made the score 0-5 in the 75 minute of play. Halcones Azules's Benito Isaio was substituted for Felipe Loren. Drunken Sea Monkeys's Joonas Järve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Oriche in the 87th minute of play. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Omar Ekain replaced Gerardo Oriche. When the final whistle sounded Halcones Azules left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Drunken Sea Monkeys.
