With a little luck, DirectorVisual.com's Mauro Iruinea got control of the ball when Vasile Soare tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute Ramiro Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Manatakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DirectorVisual.com were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Mesere's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teofilo Etxatxu took the corner. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mesere's goalkeeper Charis Manatakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mauro Iruinea made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Beila Cacho sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Emrah Vahip during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of DirectorVisual.com booed when Mesere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emrah Vahip didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Iruinea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mai Shi. Hernán Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Charis Manatakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Rio to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, DirectorVisual.com's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Soare came free, but Mauro Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match, Hernán Crespo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Charis Manatakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mustafa Emrah Vahip was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 90th minute of the match, Camilo Rio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charis Manatakis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 95 played minutes DirectorVisual.com got a freekick which was hit by Hernán Crespo. When the referee blew the final whistle, Mesere could leave the field as winners, despite DirectorVisual.com having more of the ball for most of the match.
