The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Endre Ábrahám took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasil Veselinski. Vasil Veselinski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nykteus Kouches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yosif Paunchev hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A collision led to The Potters getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Wictor Hakim hit a great ball. Blue avalanche's Vasil Veselinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Nedell in the 20th minute of play. Alexander Holmbro kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Stiliyan Petrov kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Tomás Abraão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bernhard Mondal made a huge save. The supporters of Blue avalanche booed when The Potters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Gentil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Gentil made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spiro Getzov in the 53rd minute of play forced The Potters's goalkeeper Bernhard Mondal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Endre Ábrahám came free, but Vasil Veselinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, Blue avalanche's Tomás Abraão made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernhard Mondal was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vasil Veselinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernhard Mondal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spiro Getzov, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Alfonso Osorio scored 2-4 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vasil Veselinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94thth minute of the game Diego Gentil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blue avalanche's Vasil Veselinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Potters played a much better game than Blue avalanche and deserved their victory. The Blue avalanche players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
