After 8 played minutes Patagonicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Bernal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Bernal in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elvio Lohitzun saved Salinas FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Eustaquio Bernal sped through Salinas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elvio Lohitzun. Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Abechuco in the 23rd minute of play. Elvio Lohitzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 30 minutes Salinas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ulises Gonzalez who took care of the corner kick. In the 32nd minute, Americo Galeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute of the match, Ambrosio Frasco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rosendo Johans was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Patagonicos FC's Rosendo Johans got control of the ball when Ambrosio Frasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rosendo Johans made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ambrosio Frasco sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Patagonicos FC's Ulises Gonzalez got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Paolo Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Johans having to interfere. In the 62ndth minute of the game Eustaquio Bernal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Placido Jeraldo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Patagonicos FC's Ulises Gonzalez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salinas FC. In the 72nd minute, Anselmo Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salinas FC's Ambrosio Frasco got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the last second Elvio Lohitzun throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pastor Abechuco in the 82ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Rosendo Johans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Frasco in the 83rd minute of play. The Patagonicos FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
