The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elvio Lohitzun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batuğ Resai in the 4th minute. When Yaman Academy®'s Batuğ Resai in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salinas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Elvio Lohitzun was a little too slow when Batuğ Resai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Batuğ Resai came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Yaman Academy® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batuğ Resai couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Salinas FC defense, Batuğ Resai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Lohitzun. The Salinas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Lohitzun should have stopped the shot. Anıl Berk Yıldız hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Elvio Lohitzun made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Batuğ Resai sent off a good shot on target. Placido Jeraldo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Batuğ Resai got free with Elvio Lohitzun in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute of the game Bartolo Pedroso made a throw-in which Ambrosio Frasco played forward. Jonathan Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Mustafa Hakan Erçelik took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Lohitzun. Elvio Lohitzun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 37th minute, Mustafa Hakan Erçelik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ambrosio Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Salinas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute Ambrosio Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Batuğ Resai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Elvio Lohitzun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

In the 55th minute Batuğ Resai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Placido Jeraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuğ Resai in the 58th minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Elvio Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Lohitzun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batuğ Resai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batuğ Resai might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvio Lohitzun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Batuğ Resai ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Salinas FC's zone, Batuğ Resai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Lohitzun came out of the goal and Batuğ Resai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batuğ Resai in the 73rd minute of play. Ambrosio Frasco's late challenge caught a Yaman Academy®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ambrosio Frasco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, Salinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Frasco to maneuver through the defense. Batuğ Resai took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Lohitzun. Elvio Lohitzun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 81 minutes into the game, Batuğ Resai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Elvio Lohitzun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Salinas FC:s Elvio Lohitzun showed great skill when he stopped Enzo Patxi:s penalty. Paolo Manni's late challenge caught a Yaman Academy®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
