Mateo Rosario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Olov Groth made a huge save. Olov Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Rosario in the 22nd minute of the match. Jörgen Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The supporters of Domínguez AFC booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Haglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olov Groth made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Camal Räfiyev sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Gaitano got free with Olov Groth in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camal Räfiyev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Camal Räfiyev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Ivan Johansson made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when Domínguez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Karlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olov Groth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
