But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Gaitano couldn't finish the play. Liviu Zubaşcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Conrao having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Uptown Otters:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Domínguez AFC:s goal. In the 37th minute, Mateo Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Hermon to make the kick off. Aimilios Manolas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Gaitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Uptown Otters defense, Humberto Hermon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aimilios Manolas. The Uptown Otters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aimilios Manolas should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Eusebiu Surdilă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Conrao was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Uptown Otters's Aimilios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Hermon in the 63rd minute of play. Omar Conrao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Surdilă in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Humberto Hermon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Aimilios Manolas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aimilios Manolas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Rosario in the 74th minute of play. When Liviu Zubaşcu fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uptown Otters's protests and gave Liviu Zubaşcu a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Uptown Otters got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Zubaşcu. After a rather tough play, Uptown Otters's Liviu Zubaşcu got a free kick in the 77th minute. Aimilios Manolas came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Domínguez AFC's Humberto Hermon. But to his dismay, Humberto Hermon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Uptown Otters's Aimilios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Rosario in the 87th minute of play. Aimilios Manolas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camal Räfiyev in the 88th minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Uptown Otters's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Rosario came free, but Aimilios Manolas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
