After 4 played minutes FC Bansko got a freekick which was hit by Slavcho Peychinov. Ivo Vošický hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Zdeněk Skalník hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Josef Vokurka fired a really elegant long shot, but Dragolyub Búrdarov threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. When FC Bansko's Paun Atkov in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kopeto's goalie prevented a goal. Benjamin Řeha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paun Atkov in the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdeněk Skalník got free with Dragolyub Búrdarov in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 played minutes FC Bansko got a freekick which was hit by Stiliyan Tachkov. Benjamin Řeha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paun Atkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 31st match minute, FC Bansko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencho Mangezov to maneuver through the defense. After 33 minutes, Paun Atkov made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Kopeto's Benjamin Řeha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC Kopeto's Ivo Vošický got a free kick in the 35th minute. The supporters of FC Kopeto booed when FC Bansko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qin Liang Li didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivo Vošický to make the kick off. FC Bansko's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gencho Mangezov in the 54th minute. The corner ended in Gencho Mangezov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kopeto's Benjamin Řeha did a great save. In the 57th minute, Zdeněk Skalník made a precise shot to the right of Dragolyub Búrdarov. FC Bansko's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 61 minutes into the game, Zdeněk Skalník was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kopeto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bansko the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, FC Bansko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slavcho Peychinov to maneuver through the defense. Paun Atkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Benjamin Řeha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Qin Liang Li came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the FC Bansko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qin Liang Li couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, FC Bansko's Benjamin Řeha threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paun Atkov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benjamin Řeha was a little too slow when Paun Atkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-2. Paun Atkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paun Atkov in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Řeha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venko Petrov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute FC Bansko were awarded a corner. Gencho Mangezov went to the cornerflag to take it. Benjamin Řeha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venko Petrov in the 84th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Benjamin Řeha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Bansko's Dragolyub Búrdarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdeněk Skalník in the 88th minute of play. Miroslav Kocman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
