Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Popowicz in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wágner Seco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Wágner Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Santos in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Amelinium Gdynia getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lucjan Popowicz hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Amelinium Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Psotka. Agostinho Almeidas short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Miguel do Valle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Márcio Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wágner Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Popowicz in the 31st minute of play. With his leg Miguel do Valle managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Juventudes Libertárias's Agostinho Almeida fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Czeslaw Kopacz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wágner Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Amelinium Gdynia's goalkeeper Miguel do Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexsandro Simão.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ritvaldis Rau was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Amelinium Gdynia's zone, Agostinho Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel do Valle came out of the goal and Agostinho Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wágner Seco stood somewhat misplaced when Florian Tomporowski came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 59 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Popowicz in the 64th minute of play forced Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Wágner Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Amelinium Gdynia's Marcus Fogel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wágner Seco. Wágner Seco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Wágner Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Kopacz in the 69th minute of play. Miguel do Valle came out of the goal and Alexsandro Simão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wágner Seco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Fogel in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Rubinho Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Amelinium Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Almeida came free, but Miguel do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Agostinho Almeida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel do Valle was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Miguel do Valle came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventudes Libertárias's Agostinho Almeida. But to his dismay, Agostinho Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Alexsandro Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Miguel do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel do Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agostinho Almeida's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Juventudes Libertárias booed when Amelinium Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmyr Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Agostinho Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Amelinium Gdynia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
